WHY GET COVERAGE THROUGH US

Shopping for health benefits can be daunting. All the insurance companies summarize their benefit plans in a different way. One insurance companies basic dental coverage is not the same as the next. What’s considered a preventative dental procedure? That’s just the start and all you want to do is measure apples to apples and see pricing for all the plans.

To make matters worse, when you call the insurance companies, their representative will just make one recommendation and if it’s not the right one, you may have to call back. Most insurance companies have a wide variety of plans and it would be much simpler if someone were to just to send you an email with all the plans summarized in a standardized way with their pricing. That way, you can properly measure apples to apples and make your own decision.

We do that at no added cost with no obligation to purchase. Plus, you have an experienced independent broker on your side when it comes time to claim.

Testimonials

Here is what some of our clients said about us

Richard Johansson

Got quotes but didn't purchase

“I was trying to decide whether my group benefit plan was competitive or not so I requested a quote. I immediately received a call from a broker but I prefer to deal by email. I wasn't a problem. The broker sent me quotes from all the providers and I realized my plan was actually pretty good. The broker closed my file and I saved his contact just in case"

Amelia Harper

Owns a small business

“I own a small business but only want to slowly dip into health benefits for my employees. Canada Insurance Quotes set me up with a dental plan. Not only did I not need to answer health questions but they set up an employee on-boarding page that I can share with my employees so they can register when I am ready to offer it to them. The whole thing is automated for me and branded to my business"

Pitterson Deo

Got the Shopping Done on His Terms

“I was shopping for benefits on my own when I stumbled on Canada Insurance Quotes. They sent me quotes from all the providers. I sat on it for a while and they didn't bug me too much. A month later I made my decision and now my family and I have health benefits"

FREQUENTLY QUESTIONS

Here are some answer to some questions you may be having. If your question is not answered here . Please feel free to contact us.

Yes you are. That said if you choose a plan that requires a medical questionnaire for approval, the insurance company will exclude coverage on any medications that you are already taking. There are plans available that do not require a medical questionnaire for approval. There are many more of these plans available within 60 days of leaving a group benefits plan so don’t delay shopping for coverage after losing group coverage because you may lose eligibility for high limit coverage coverage on your existing prescription drugs.

Yes, but only if you plan on investing in your oral health after the immediate issues are rectified. Even though we can get you major restorative dental coverage as fast as 3 months, savings only truly occur on dental plans over the long term. If you visit the dentist regularly as recommended, typical cost recovery is anywhere for 4 to 5 years. After that point, you’re saving money by using a dental plan to take care of your oral health. If you’re simply looking to only deal with your current oral issue, a plan is not the right solution.

Yes. There are plans available that do not require a medical questionnaire for approval. Anyone with provincial health coverage can apply and get them. If you’re looking superior or better value coverage and are questioning whether you are healthy enough, feel free to complete our medical questionnaire. It will be reviewed by a broker, it will not be submitted to insurance companies and there is no obligation. An experienced broker will contact you and provide you with advice on how to get the best coverage possible given the state of your health.

Canada Insurance Quotes is independent brokerage, meaning that we are not owned by an insurance company. We have affiliations with all the insurers offering health benefit plans in your province and can offer them to you at no extra charge. Whether you deal with the insurance company directly or with one of our brokers, your plan will cost the same. The advantage to doing business with us, is that you will have an experienced broker working for you rather than the insurance company. We are compensated by commission but we don’t care which insurance company you use as long as you derive value from our service and advice.

It can take as little as 1 business day depending on the plan and provider that you choose. Some of the more premium plans can take up to 3 weeks to 1 month to issue because of medical approval processes. Your broker will schedule a weekly follow up on all application and you may reach out for further status updates along the way.
